Coaching grounded in experience.
Guidance rooted in care.
I’m Kirrily Vincer and I am passionate about people. I believe everyone has strengths waiting to be tapped into. I support individuals to grow their confidence or leadership, teams to lift performance, and organisations to build cultures where people feel safe, seen, and supported.

With over 30 years’ leadership experience, most of it in local government, I’ve led diverse teams, high-performing teams through complexity, change, and growth. But for me it’s never just been about strategy or results. It’s always about people.
People are the most important asset of any organisation.
Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to creating psychologically safe workplaces where people can thrive. I’ve coached, and mentored, hundreds of leaders, many of whom I’m still in contact with decades later. To me, leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up with curiosity, courage, and care.
I bring together practical, real-world leadership experience with evidence-based approaches grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and organisational coaching. I’m a lifelong learner who believes in walking the talk.

Performance is more than outcomes – it’s about connection, trust, and shared growth. When we empower others, we all rise.”

Why I Started Invincible People and Performance
Throughout my career, I searched for mentors who could guide me through the various challenges I faced. Over time I came to realise that leadership isn’t just about technical skills; it’s about understanding people, supporting them, and helping them thrive.
In the early stages of my career, I often felt isolated. Support was scarce, and I struggled to find people who truly understood what I was going through. My curiosity led me to study psychology and neuroscience where I gained a deeper insight into human behaviour, the human brain and the power of authentic connection. Those studies along with the hurdles I encountered shaped the path I walk today.
One of the most difficult moments in my leadership journey involved making a tough decision that led to significant fallout. In the aftermath, something shifted. I realised I wanted to help others: individuals, leaders, or teams, navigate their own path and face their challenges with courage and clarity.
That’s how Invincible People and Performance was born. A place where coaching, mentoring and leadership development are grounded in empathy, care, and real-life experience, backed by the science of psychology and neuroscience.
Today, I work with individuals, teams, and organisations, to support them in growing boldly, leading authentically, and building workplaces where people thrive, not just perform.
